1. Returns Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team at support@ozokumatcha.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

2. Condition of Returned Items

For a full refund, the item must be returned in reasonably good condition. It shouldn't be fully consumed or altered. Packaging should be included with the return.

3. Refunds Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@ozokumatcha.com with a description and a photograph of the issue, and we will promptly ship a replacement at no cost to you.
